Caramelised Onion Mayo

Here’s one of the ideas of what to do with a batch of caramelised onions. I must say, this dip is rated most popular among my guests. It’ll be the first polished plate to go. Just when I thought it might be a marketable product…I was beaten to it (pic below);

Ah, well…..if that’s the case, why buy a jar of this stuff when you can make your own? It’s dead simple and downright delish!

CARAMELISED ONION MAYO RECIPE

Ingredients;

Caramelised onions
Ordinary mayonnaise (portion up to you)

Steps;

1. Mix both ingredients together, let it sit in the fridge for about 15 mins.
2. Serve with chips, bread or tortillas.

Enjoy!
