Here are more shots of the new plants surrounding my house. We’re really going all green here;
First row; Scallions, a lone kai lan…????? Rows of potted plants
Second row; A pair of bonsais, hydrangeas, some flowering plant….
Third row; colourful leaf plant, my mom’s precious seedlings with a
pot of organic fertilizer, palm trees in the back
Of course, I didn’t miss out on capturing what I have been having…. 🙂
First row; Layer cake, zhang, mixed vege stir-fry
Second row; beef stew, langsat (fruit)
Third row; pickling mango, ‘hungan’ in sour soup
Fourth row; Biling, beans with egg, prawns in sambal
Fifth row; Kueh chap, mom’s kueh tiaw, pork soup with preserved root

Hi wendy, hungan is the type of noodles, my mom jus calls it hungan, i dun know the hokkien term or any other names for it.
