Sarawak month has been a huge SUCCESS with all your encouraging entries. It is nice to know that your state is acknowledged by various people so ‘gung-ho’ to try out some new dishes and step into unknown territory. This event saw about 46 submissions. So, without much haste; here are all the yummy dishes.
We can really see some popular favourites among these entries like the ‘manichai‘ and the ‘kek lapis‘. If all these dishes are not enough to make your mouth water, well…I think there’s something wrong with your taste buds. Thanks to the organiser again, for this privilege of hosting.
I’m breaking the dishes down according to their main ingredients. Click on the names of the dish to revert directly to their main link and the creator’s blog. To all those who submitted, thank you for participating and your effort to cook and bake all these delicious goods.

BUT WAIT….!! It’s not over! October will be Terengganu month hosted by Lena of Frozen Wings. If you have missed out on this chance of participating, you can still try out for a different state. Do continue to support MFF.
Awesome round up! It was a fun month. I’m so glad that many people attempted Stir fried Manicai. Happy to be part of this, for our Sarawak food to be in the limelight. Will continue to showcase more dishes! Thank you so much for hosting!

Hi Alan, thanks for your research and submission. It’s nice to know when people take the effort to find out about the background of the dish.
It’s been great to learn so many new dishes other than those widely promoted for tourists! I’ve learnt many new noodles and of course the homey stir fried manicai.
i was surprised this humble vege was such a taker. I had it before but hardly my favourite but apparently lots of other people like it. 🙂
Thumbs up to the organiser!! 🙂
