Pantry 101 – Pickled Green Chillies

Chinese New Year is approaching!! Bring out the feast!! Actually I’m still reeling over the post-Christmas bloats. But this condiment is so common everywhere you go. At Chinese wedding dinners is a must. It’s really easy to make your own and the ingredients are readily available. It’s perfect to go with any dish and for those that can’t take the raw heat of chilli, this is much subdued.

Slice the green chillies up as shown (above) and follow the steps below;

To eat, you can mix it with some light soy sauce

    oh I loooooovvveeee this!! but didnt know that its so easy to make.. maybe i should make some n keep in the fridge for emergency use. haha

      Hi Swee San, i have jars of them in the fridge too, tho we finish them pretty fast. 🙂
