Polenta Topped with Chilli Con Carne

I told you the chilli would have leftovers for days right? I have had it on toasts, tortillas, pasta, hotdogs and even plain rice. I thought I would share this one with you although it could hardly be called a recipe.

For the polenta, I won’t describe the steps to you, rather…I think the best way to know how to cook it, is by watching someone do it cause it’s rather hard to put it in words. There is a technique involved and I think by watching the video that I linked, you’ll have a better idea. Be patient and keep practising.
