Basic Green Juice
This is called a basic green juice because you can jazz it up with other additions like ginger, lemon, limes and even leafy greens like spinach and kale.
- 8 green apples (cored)
- 4 sticks celery
- 3 cucumbers (peeled)
- mint leaves (optional)
- sugar (optional)
Cut and prepare all the fruit and vegetables.
Pass through a juicer.
Adjust taste with sugar to your liking, it also tastes great with no sugar.
Better consume on the same day, if you keep them overnight, it tends to oxidize.
