Basic Green Juice

This is called a basic green juice because you can jazz it up with other additions like ginger, lemon, limes and even leafy greens like spinach and kale.

  • 8 green apples (cored)
  • 4 sticks celery
  • 3 cucumbers (peeled)
  • mint leaves (optional)
  • sugar (optional)


  • Cut and prepare all the fruit and vegetables.
  • Pass through a juicer.
  • Adjust taste with sugar to your liking, it also tastes great with no sugar.
  • Better consume on the same day, if you keep them overnight, it tends to oxidize.
