Pork Shogayaki Donburi
Ingredients
Pork shogayaki

Snow peas
Japanese cucumber
sliced thinly
Cherry tomatoes
cut halves
Shredded cabbage
Furikake of your choice
Cooked rice
Instructions
Scoop cooked rice to a big bowl.
Blanch snow peas in boiling water till cooked. Quickly submerge in cold water.
Arrange toppings as you will, end with sprinkling of furikake.
